We all know that smoking and chewing tobacco can be physically addictive. But that's only part of it.
Something compelled you to light up that first time and to continue smoking even through the coughing and discomfort. That first time led to more times and pretty soon you had a habit.
Dictionary.com defines habit as: “an acquired behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary: the habit of looking both ways before crossing the street. “
Hypnosis can help you change that habit.
The problem with most stop-smoking programs is that they end there. Joni uses hypnotherapy techniques that not only work with the habit, but also why you smoke. CD's that you take home and learning positive reinforcement techniques will strengthen the advances that you've made.

Every person is unique and your hypnosis session should be tailored to your needs. I maintain a relaxing, non-judgmental office in Salem, Oregon and offer a free consultation to make sure that you're comfortable with the hypnosis process and what we can accomplish together.
