Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a wonderful tool that's easy to learn and easy to use. It's very effective for many issues ranging from anxiety, fear, and unwanted habits to improving performance in sports, music, and public speaking.


In traditional EFT negative emotions or thoughts were brought to neutral and that was the end of the treatment. Although neutral is good positive is better and really positive is great! Through her book “Positive EFT” Silvia Hartmann brought EFT to a new level. During the Master Practitioner Training I learned how to make problems and pains disappear and replace them with feelings of joy, excitement, and confidence. I love the difference this is making for my clients.
