Decluttering can be hard.

We often have emotions tied up with our stuff. When we can let the emotions go - whether they're emotions around the "stuff" or feelings of regret, disappointment, frustration, overwhelm or something else - getting rid of #clutter can become easier.

When we use #EFT or #Tapping we can get those emotions to move and get started on the important part of getting rid of extra baggage so we can move on to having only what feels good.
