The Plan
What Does a Session Look Like?
First we're going to talk about smoking, nicotine, hypnosis and what to expect after your session. All of your questions will be answered.
Second, we'll clear the cravings.
Third is the hypnosis so your conscious and unconscious minds will be working together to keep you a non-smoker for the rest of your life.
The Cost in Real Numbers

…at the very least cigarettes will cost this much next year, and the price is not going down!
Lies We Tell Ourselves
The Lie: I need a cigarette to wake–up.
The Truth: You can wake up without a cigarette.
The Lie: I need a cigarette to go with my coffee.
The Truth: Coffee or anything else for that matter, tastes better when you quit smoking.
The Lie: That was a great meal, I need a cigarette.
The Truth: That meal was great even without a cigarette.
The Lie: When I’m wound up, smoking relaxes me.
The Lie: When I’m upset, smoking calms me down.
The Truth: And how can a cigarette “Wake you up” and “Relax you (Calm you down).” Even the best drugs science can come up with can’t do that! “Wake you up” and “Relax you (Calm you down)”are opposites, it is impossible! And you know it.
The Lie: I’ve tried many times and I just can’t quit.
The Truth: You can quit! In the beginning you failed miserably at walking, and talking, but you refused to give up! And now you don’t give those things a second thought. You can refuse to smoke! And before you know it, you won’t give cigarettes a second thought!
So When You're Ready
I mean really ready to quit, (and not because your spouse or children are bugging you to quit). But when YOU ARE READY, call me; I have a plan! Let’s set the date you finally get to stop smoking!
The Plan
Set a Quit Date
-
Don’t buy cigarettes that will last beyond your quit date.
-
Post-its, Post-its, Post-its, put them up! Everywhere! On Your computer, desk, dashboard, refrigerator, TV, and all the places you go to smoke. This helps get your subconscious used to the idea (in a positive way) that you are going to give up smoking.
Write on them:
(Your quit date)
I finally get to give up smoking
5 Days Before Your Quit Date
-
Tell your family and friends you plan to quit, and ask for their help and support. Ask them to help you to Succeed, by not offering you cigarettes or giving you permission to fail.
-
Tell your smoking friends if they help you “Succeed”, you promise not to bug them about smoking, and when they decide they’re ready you will help them!
-
You know as a smoker we help others to fail. If they ask for a cigarette we usually say no at first but then give in and give them one, then another and another and some of us even suggest when the person trying to quit gets a little “Grumpy”, “Why don’t you just have a cigarette it will (Lie, Lie, Lie).”
It is important to have all your friends help you succeed!
4 Days Before Your Quit Date
-
Pay Attention to when and why you smoke.
-
Think of your daily routines and how they revolve around your habit.
-
Think of how you can change your routines without Cigarettes.
3 Days Before Your Quit Date
-
Think of what you will do with the extra money when you stop buying cigarettes.
-
Think of who you can reach out to when you need help.
2 Days Before Your Quit Date
-
Get Excited!
-
Know You Will Be Successful!
-
Believe You Will Be Successful!
1 Day Before Your Quit Date
-
YOU ARE DONE PRACTICING! No saving the cigarettes in case you fail!
-
Wash & get rid of all your ashtrays.
-
Wash the ashtray in your car and fill it with coins to remind you of the change you made!
Make sure all cigarette butts (in all trash bins) are wet and ruined
(you know why).
Quit Day!
-
Make sure you smoke your last cigarette at least 4 hours before your appointment. Why? I want you to KNOW that you can beat any thoughts of smoking that may come up.
-
Remind your family and friends that it is YOUR quit day!
-
Bring all of your leftover cigarettes with you to my office!
